Towergate Camerasure's professional photographers' insurance products are suitable for freelance photographers and videographers, as well as those performing similar roles within a wide range of multimedia institutions, including: studios, processing labs, picture libraries and media agencies.

Our professional insurance covers you and your business for your legal liabilities towards customers, employees and the public, as well as cover for your offices/premises and their contents. Computer breakdown and data loss can also be included, along with business interruption, to prepare you for some of the most challenging situations you can face as a photographer, videographer or other media professional.

Excesses

• The first £150 of any claim for each and every loss
• The first £300 of any claim for loss/damage to laptops
• The first £300 of any claim involving theft from unattended vehicles

Key exclusions

• Wear and tear
• Mechanical breakdown
• This policy excludes any cover in respect of property damage caused by an act of terrorism
• Acts of fraud or dishonesty by employees

Professional bodies

We offer members a discount of up to 40% off our premiums subject to underwriting criteria, claims experience and applied minimum premiums. Please note that discounts can only be applied at either the quotation or renewal stage of the policy and unfortunately not mid term.
