At Towergate Camerasure, we take pride in the fast, efficient
claims service we offer. To ensure that we direct your claim to the
team that is best positioned to give you the benefit of their
experience and knowledge, please follow the claims instructions
below, which differ slightly depending on which policy you need to
make a claim against.
What you can expect from us:
We are here to help, taking you through the claims process
step-by-step and advising on the best course of action. If
something happens and you are uncertain whether a claim will arise
or not, we recommend that you still contact us. We are always happy
to discuss the circumstances with you. This will not prejudice your
policy and we will either be able to put your mind at rest or start
the claim process, if necessary.
What we do in the event of a claim:
We gather all supporting and required information, relevant to the
claim, to enable us to deal with any claim up to the value of
£10,000 on behalf of insurers. Any liability or professional
indemnity claim will be handled by the insurers.
How to make a claim under our specialist schemes:
Professional, Sharp Shooter, Semi-professional and Amateur, as
well as for any professional indemnity and hired-in equipment
